The GSI Eco Healthy Cleaning Program consists of five steps designed to help transform the care and maintenance of your facilities into a distinctive market advantage.

We use Green Seal Certified cleaning products that avoid the use of toxic compounds that can cause health and respiratory problems and harm the environment.

2. Eco Healthy Cleaning Processes
Our high-performance GS-42 certifiedcleaning processes, comprehensive staff training and standardized operating procedures result in a significant reduction of indoor air pollutants when compared to conventional cleaning processes.

3. Eco Healthy Cleaning Equipment
Specialized cleaning equipment, filters and vacuum attachments protect indoor air quality, and we use microfiber towels and mops for efficient removal of bacteria and germs on surfaces.

4. Eco Healthy Auditing and Quality Assurance
Our quality control processes will ensure that each property meets the GS-42 standard for maintaining a green and healthy environment. In addition, adherence to these standards will be audited and validated by the Building Wellness Institute, a leading sustainability consulting and training organization.

GSI can provide assistance for achieving LEED Certification as well as ongoing support for acquiring points for LEED O&M programs.
